Cancellation and Refund Policy

To request a partial or full refund, THE CUSTOMER must contact the Customer Service team via email at sales@lomioprimero.com within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date the purchase order is approved. Only cancellations of complete orders prior to delivery at the destination will be accepted.

When submitting a cancellation and refund request, THE CUSTOMER is required to inform the recipient of the purchase not to accept the products. In the event that a cancellation request is made after the recipient has received the products, the recipient must return them in their original sealed packaging and in perfect condition, exactly as they were received. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

THE CUSTOMER will be refunded within 72 hours from the date LOMIOPRIMERO receives the returned products. LOMIOPRIMERO will issue the refund using the same payment method used by THE CUSTOMER to make the purchase. THE CUSTOMER will not be charged any fees for such refund. Likewise, where applicable, the refund amount will be issued to THE CUSTOMER in the same currency used for the original payment. The exchange rate imposed by the card issuer, where applicable, will apply to this amount. LOMIOPRIMERO shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any resulting exchange rate differences.

LOMIOPRIMERO reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Product availability.
  • Errors in the description or pricing of the goods.
  • Errors in your order.

THE CUSTOMER shall not be entitled to cancel an order for the delivery of the following products:
  • Customized products or products made according to their specifications.
  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have already expired.
  • Products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
  • Products which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

Product Warranty

Products shall be deemed to conform to the contract if they match the description provided by LOMIOPRIMERO, possess the qualities presented on this website, are suitable for the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used, and provide the quality and performance that may reasonably be expected from products of the same type. In this regard, if any product does not conform to the contract, it must be reported to LOMIOPRIMERO through any of the communication channels provided for this purpose.

All products offered for sale on the website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (in accordance with the applicable regulations in each case), allowing THE CUSTOMER to return the products free of charge and obtain a replacement or remedy for defective or non-conforming products delivered.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover products that have been modified, repaired, integrated, or altered by THE CUSTOMER. The warranty does not cover apparent defects. The warranty also does not apply to products that have deteriorated due to misuse.

Warranty Remedies

Under the legal warranty of conformity, LOMIOPRIMERO undertakes, at THE CUSTOMER'S choice, to:
  • Replace the product with an identical one, subject to available stock.
  • Refund the price of the product if replacement is not possible.
