The prices of the products are published in EUR, and the payment currency is the Canadian Dollar (CAD). The applicable exchange rate will be the average of the exchange rates provided by Canadian financial institutions. The total purchase amount in EUR and its equivalent in CAD will be visible to THE CUSTOMER at the time of payment processing.

Payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card. If the card used for the purchase is not in the EUR payment currency, the card issuer will apply the corresponding exchange rate.

If using other authorized and secure payment methods available on the market, THE CUSTOMER must contact Customer Service.

Payment cards are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver your order.

THE CUSTOMER declares that they have the legal right to use the accepted payment method in connection with any order.
